During these Breath, Sound & Energy Healing sessions we will instantly dissolve your stress with this wonderfully transformative healing session between 6-8pm.
(Please give an extra 30 minute buffer for wonderful conversation & grounding with refreshments afterwards if you wish to stay and enjoy the extra time. Sometimes we all just need a sacred space with like-minded individuals to connect and let go of stress.)
We will enjoy connecting with our safe & soverign community and experience breathwork, guided meditation & energy healing in the main room before we bask in an amazing sound bath and enjoy my light codes being projected onto the ceiling that I have created especially for these healing sessions in the pool room while you enjoy some floatation therapy in the pool.
The pool is a private, heated salt water pool kept around 90 degrees and the pool room is quite warm as well if…
