Welcome!

Hello Beautiful Souls! My name is Katherine Marie Swanson.

I am a multidimensional artisan, intuitive quantum healer, energy healer, sound healer, psychic medium & an internationally certified breathwork facilitator. I love to be of service to those who are dedicated to their healing & spiritual journeys & are ready to dive deep.

I've always been aware of my spiritual gifts since I was born and have used them in the capacity that I was able to until I decided to take a deep dive into my own personal healing & spiritual journey years ago when I broke the cycle of abuse. I'm so passionate about helping others learn, grow, thrive & watching people embody their authentic selves and true potential.

STEP ONE

WHY IT CAN FEEL HARD TO CHANGE

90% of your thoughts are the same thoughts everyday. Which leads to the same choices, that lead to the same behaviors. That lead to the same experiences that lead to the same emotions. Everything in your biology stays the same, including your gene expression. How you think, act & feel is linked to your personality.

Hibbing Learning states that:
"Nerve cells that fire together, wire together."

If you keep thinking the same thoughts, demonstrating the same behaviors, creating the same experiences & having the same emotions for X amount of years, you hardwired your brain into a finite signature.

Girl Relaxing

You've created your identity/personality. These unconscious emotional reactions memorized behaviors & automatic habits, limiting beliefs & perceptions, that function is just like a computer program. When a person decides to change, they are only using 5% of their conscious mind & their subconscious is running the other 95%. That 5% of change you so desperately want won't ever reach the body because the body has been conditioned for years/decades to constantly live in the past. Then you are left with memories of your past & become predictable in your life. This is why manifestations/affirmations don't work for most people.

Imagine yourself living life care free.

STEP TWO

THE WAY YOU LIVE BEFORE

Most people, when they first wake up in the am, they are a clean slate. Once a person begins to think about their problems, check social media, emails, watch the news, think about bills, their hatred towards one another etc, the moment they start thinking of their problems, they are thinking in the past. Those memories are associated with their emotions.  A person gets trapped in feeling, thinking & creating the vicious cycle of living in the past.
How they think & feel becomes their state of mind. If you ask a person "Why are you this way?" they will say something like "I'm like this because this happened to me 10+ years ago.

What they are saying is, because of this event that happend 10+ years ago, they had an event that altered them & created trapped emotions in the body. Trapped emotions in the body lead to disease, cancer, autoimmune disease, skin conditions, strokes, constant stress, anger issues, digestive issues etc. Someone who does this is constantly reliving their trauma. The redundancy of that cycle of thinking-feeling & feeling-thinking conditions the body to subconsciously become the body of that emotion. The body is living in the past. The body becomes your unconscious mind. The body believes it's living the same experience 24/7-365.

To change, you have to become greater than the body. Living in the familiar past is connected to everything known in your life. What they do is their daily habits, checking texts, calls, social media etc. A person does everything known & are familiar with it. This is automatic unconscious behaviors. You have done it so many times, the body does it better than your conscious mind.

STEP THREE

THE UNKNOWN HELPS WITH CHANGE

The body is on autopilot. A person has lost their free will to a program. Their personal reality creates their personality. Let's just say someone makes you upset & you tell someone else about how upset you are. What you are saying is that person is literally controlling my thoughts & feelings. This person becomes a victim to their life & this is the unconscious program that they choose to live by.
In order for change to happen, you have to be greater than the conditions of our environment. Be greater than the circumstances in your life. Give yourself the grace to go into the unknown, break your daily habits & release trapped emotions. Create new things in your life. Change to be greater than time.

Ocean

Get beyond the programs of the future & the conditions of the past & sit in the sweet spot of the unknown. This will allow for infinite possibilities beyond time itself. Take a leap of faith. Your old self & new self can't exist at the same time. There is no easing into it. It's going to feel unfamiliar, uncomfortable & uncertain. You are going to feel like you don't know who you are. You are not going to be able to predict the next moment. You are not, nor have you ever been, in control.

Take your body out to the unknown. The body will start influencing your thoughts. Those intrusive thoughts that run through your head of "I'm not good enough," "No one will love me," "Why am I doing this," "Start tomorrow." Going from the old you to the new you is a neurological, chemical & biological change. Most call this the "Ego Death." You question who you are & feel "undone."
During this phase, if you continue to do alternative healing practices such as breathwork, somatic exercise, meditation & energy healing, you reveal who you truly are. All of the answers you seek, are found inside of you. All of the validation you seek, comes from within.
What is the fastest way to release stored trauma in the body without reliving your trauma? Breathwork.
