I understand and certify that I am at least 18 years of age in order to qualify to become a client for Katherine Marie Swanson & Holy Shift Healing and receive Spiritual Mentorship, Sound Healing, Light Codes, Energy Work, Breathwork, Energy Healing, Akashic Records Readings, or any form of Quantum Energy Work/Shamanic Healing/Psychic Surgery.

I understand that Spiritual Mentorship, Energy Work, Akashic Records Readings, Psychic Medium services are not a fortune-telling service and that Katherine Marie Swanson & Holy Shift Healing cannot guarantee the accuracy of the session's messages because many different factors play a part in how things might play out. Even though suggestions may be made to me from the Akashic Records, your Spiritual Team & Guides, whether for personal or business use, I will use my own digression, and exercise my own free will. I acknowledge any actions I take from this guidance are of my own fruition and I have consulted myself as well as the appropriate resources to confirm that I am making a good decision. I hold Katherine Marie Swanson & Holy Shift Healing harmless based on my own actions exercised under my own free will.

I understand that Energy Healing / Chakra Alignment / Shamanic Healing is a simple, gentle, hands-on energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that Energy Healing / Quantum Healing / Shamanic Healing practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. Any conversation during the session will not be regarded as such advice.

I understand that Energy Healing / Shamanic Healing / Psychic Surgeries/ Sound Healing / Light Codes / Breathwork / Psychic Mediumship does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that Energy Healing / Shamanic Healing / Psychic Surgeries/  Sound Healing / Light Codes / Breathwork can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge that long-term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.

I understand that Katherine Marie Swanson always recommends that clients be under the active care of a licensed medical care professional for any current or ongoing physical or mental conditions. I understand that Katherine Marie Swanson & Holy Shift Healing and her employees are not licensed medical professionals. I understand that Energy Healing / Shamanic Healing / Psychic Surgeries/ Sound Healing / Light Codes / Breathwork can be great tools to supplement allopathic care and that I should discuss any recommendations made by Katherine Marie Swanson & Holy Shift Healing with my licensed health provider.

I understand that ALL Virtual Distance Sessions held with Katherine Marie Swanson & Holy Shift Healing are digital in nature. It is my responsibility as the client to record the session in a way that fits my needs, and I certify that I will not use the session recordings or notes in any way that would cause harm or damage to Katherine Marie Swanson & Holy Shift Healing in any way. I will not publish the content of our sessions without explicit consent from Katherine Marie Swanson & Holy Shift Healing in writing.

I shall fully indemnify, hold harmless & defend Katherine Marie Swanson & Holy Shift Healing & its directors, officers, employees, agents, & affiliates from & against all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs & expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs), whether or not involving a third party claim, which arise out of or relate to any act, omission, or injury occurring during any sessions of/by/at Katherine Marie Swanson- whether held virtually, asynchronously, or in person.
