Yesterday I had a session with Katherine.
I have been dealing with a lot of things emotionally and the stress was causing so much tiredness and blockage in my chakras and mind. The heavy build up of emotional stress and daily struggles became overwhelming to the point of me feeling severely drained, and overwhelmed.
I was dealing with head trauma on top of it all along with other health concerns.
 
During our session we spoke briefly about a few things that I would like to have done.
She picked up on exactly all my concerns and issues I would like to dissolve. I was truly impressed! 
As our session started and she began her work my hands became tingly, I could feel the vibrations running up my arms into my chest where most of my trauma was hitting.
My chest began to warm up as if a fire ball was forming inside.
I began yawning almost every minute.
She said this would happen as the issues start to resolve.
It then went down into my stomach to where more problematic issues were because tension builds up slowly eating away and bothering every part of you.
After my stomach started warming up it ran down into my intestines and down through every other part of me finally coming out through my feet to where I could feel my pulse speed up and my body return to me. It was almost like I was returning to myself and regrounding.
It was an experience that I cannot explain.

After our session a burst of energy came over me and I was back to myself.
I finally had a full night of sleep and woke up early to begin my day as if months of stress or even years had diminished away.
Today I am cleaning up and organizing, making homemade food like I used to, my creativity is back and my mind is clear.
I absolutely love it!!
